This attractive and modern furnished apartment is quietly located just outside the centre of Cadzand-Bad and within walking distance of the beach and the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Layout:
On the ground floor you enter a hall from which a staircase leads upstairs. The bright and attractive living room has a sitting area with TV, a dining table and a modern open kitchen. Through the sliding door you have access to the balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a combination microwave oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Both bedrooms have double beds (140 cm wide). The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. Here you will also find access to the storage room where the washing machine is located. There is a separate toilet in the hall.
There is a communal pool which can be used from June to September. The apartment has a storage room where you can store your bikes. You can park your car (free of charge) in a general parking space on the street.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort on the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The seaside resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the teeth of the sharks found there and for sun worshippers - the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sun per year.
