The house is about 5 minutes from the sea. Walking distance approx. 15 minutes. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona . The house is situated in a quiet area. Paddle and tennis as well as sports are in the immediate vicinity. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with 4 beds and a cot. 2 bathrooms with shower and tub. 1 bathroom with shower.
There is a large flat screen TV in the living area. The dining area has a large dining table . The bedrooms have beds of 1.50 x 1.90.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc.
Outside there is a large terrace of 100 sqm. with outdoor furniture and sunbeds in sufficient quantity. A table for 10 persons. There is a private passage to the outdoor pool of 13x7m with outdoor shower and large sunbathing area.
Mosquito nets are everywhere on the windows and there is air conditioning in many rooms.
The town of Cambrils invites you along the promenade, which you can walk to Salou, with various specialities of the country
The water quality of the sea is in excellent condition and is checked annually.
Excursion boats and a catamaran offer possibilities to book a trip to the Ebro also with food and drink on board
Port Aventura or Ferrari Park are a must for children. Numerous events in the Park del Pescador are displayed everywhere. Cycling is not neglected either. You can cycle very well and on flat paths along the sea, for example to Salou.
On Wednesdays there is a weekly market in Cambrils, on Saturdays in Miami Playa and on Sundays in Hospitalet. There is a place called El Buhu which has life music every evening. In Cambrils you can spend a great holiday by the sea. The hinterland offers a fantastic environment for cyclists and golfers. The Vina Verde is one of the most famous routes for cyclists. It is about 80 km long. Barcelona with the airport is 120 km away. Reus is about 25 km away.
