The maisonette is equipped with two air conditioners which have several functions. In the kitchen there is a fridge with icebox, four-plate ceramic hob, juice extractor, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There are also dishes, kitchen utensils, glasses. Washing machine available in the communal laundry room.

Costa Calma is a small tourist resort in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, in the municipality of Pajara. The beautiful white sandy beach invites you to relax and dream. Cancellation terms:
- 1. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich zu einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 30% des Mietpreises auf das angegebene Konto innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Reservierung. Dieser Betrag ist eine Garantiezahlung. Geht der Garantiebetrag nicht bis zu dem in der Reservierungsbestätigung genannten Datum auf dem Konto ein, wird die Reservierung automatisch annulliert. 2. Mit Zahlung dieser 30% akzeptiert der Mieter die nachstehend aufgeführten Bedingungen des Vermieters für die Belegung des Bungalows. 3. Weiter 70% des Mietpreises sind bis 60 Tage vor Anreise und Belegung des Bungalows zu zahlen. Sollte dieser Betrag nicht bis zur angegebenen Frist auf dem Konto des Vermieters eingegangen sein, gilt der Mietvertrag automatisch als gelöst und der Vermieter behält die bereits gezahlte Garantiesumme als Schadenersatz ein. 4. Sollte nach Eingang von 100% des Mietpreises innerhalb 60 Tagen vor Belegungsbeginn der Mietvertrag gekündigt werden, bleibt eine Erstattung der gezahlten Summe davon abhängig, ob der Eigentümer den Bungalow für den reservierten Mietzeitraum anderweitig vermieten oder der Mieter einen adäquaten Ersatzmieter stellen kann. In diesem letzten Fall haftet er persönlich für die Einhaltung der Mietbedingungen durch den Ersatzmieter. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung.

We welcome you warmly. In our complex there is a restaurant with a beach terrace, there you can have a good meal and from time to time there is live music.
