Description
Very dreamlike holiday villa on the Costa Blanca, on the Montgo in Dénia. The own private pool with large sun terrace offers peace and a beautiful view of the sea and the Montgo. Guaranteed privacy and a real holiday feeling, with all daily necessities only a few minutes away, so almost next door. Just in the next villages you will find the most beautiful and longest sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca in El Verger, Oliva, Denia and Javea. The metropolis of Denia awaits you with many shopping opportunities, from exclusive boutiques to supermarkets. Bars, restaurants and cosy ice cream parlours are easy to find. Daily ferry connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, the marina and the interesting beach and nightlife make the town a tourist attraction.
It is only a 1-hour drive to Valencia or Alicante airports.
The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mediterranean landscape. On the same level are the two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Up the stairs is a guest toilet and an open, fully equipped kitchen. From the air-conditioned living room with TV, wi-fi, a dining area, you access the beautiful shady, large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the gorgeous pool with sun terrace. The outdoor dining area, the 2 sun loungers and the outdoor shower with warm water promise pure relaxation. A small staircase up is a barbecue corner for culinary delights.
Bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and towels are available. Beach towels should be brought along. The beach promenade is within 20 minutes walking distance.
In the nearby area you will find amusement parks, aqua parks , a marine animal park with great dolphin and sea lion show and every water sport imaginable. The lively Benidorm, known as the Manhattan of the Costa Blanca, is 30 minutes away. Besides amusement parks, renowned restaurants, shopping malls and casinos, you should visit the world-class variety theatre of the Benidorm - Palace. Nature lovers can explore interesting mountain valleys with their waterfalls, stalactite caves or the famous Jalon valley. You can taste the good wines of the region in a bodega in Jalon. And then there's the glass-bottom boat trip you've been wanting to take for a long time..... You will also find plenty of opportunity for special shopping at the weekly and farmers' markets nearby, and a day will pass like two hours in the shopping centre in Ondara. The possibilities don't end there...

The accommodation is located on the Costa Blanca in Denia at the foot of the Montgo mountain. Centrally located to the districts of Santa Lucia and Florida. The beach promenade is 1.7 kilometres away by car. To the left, past the harbour, are the sandy beaches and to the right, along the promenade, are the stone beaches. Lidl (2.7 km), Aldi, Consuma (2.7 km), Rossmann and many other shops are available in Denia.

Immediately again!!!
We had a fantastic vacation in this villa. From the discovery on this page everything went perfectly. The contact was established very quickly, questions were answered very promptly and very kindly. Key handover, directions, information about the house... everything went smoothly... the house is really great, just like in the pictures, excellently equipped, from the kitchen to the bathroom, air conditioning... really a dream. The location is a bit further away from the center and the beach (about 7 minutes by car), but it is wonderfully quiet and still within walking distance. The beds were great, we recovered very well and will definitely not be there for the last time. Absolutely recommendable!!!
