Experience the beach pearl in the house Lord Nelson 412 on the 4th floor.
We welcome you to a 40 m² holiday flat.
The living room with access to the balcony with partial lake view in the direction of the Kugelbake invites you to linger.
You can relax on the comfortable sofa and other seating, watch TV or listen to music. A highlight is the wall-mounted TV, which can be rotated towards the sleeping berth.
At night you will find peace in a very comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm).
As a kitchen, an integrated kitchenette with all comforts and a dining group awaits you.
Take a seat on 4 very comfortable chairs at the dining table. Here you will forget the time - no matter if you are writing postcards for your loved ones at home or playing with the children.
In an additional room there is a bunk bed (2 x 1 m), ideal for children.
Free W-Lan is available for you.
Since the flat is not far from the sandy beach of Dös, which is only a 5-minute walk away, not only you, but also the little ones are welcome to stay with us.

- Stornierung / Rücktritt Sie können jederzeit vor Mietbeginn vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten. In diesem Fall wird sich die Firma CUX Ferien bemühen, die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Gelingt dies jedoch nicht, haben Sie eine angemessene Entschädigung (Rücktrittsgebühren) gemäß nachfolgender Aufstellung zu entrichten. Bei Absage bis zu 42 Tage vor Reiseantritt: 10% des Mietpreises, mindestens aber EUR 50,00 Bei Absage ab dem 41. Tag vor Reiseantritt: 90% des Mietpreises Für jeden Rücktritt wird eine einmalige Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 50,00 EURO berechnet. Wenn die Ferienwohnung im gebuchten Zeitraum anderweitig vermietet werden kann, erhält der Mieter nach Ablauf des kompletten Buchungszeitraumes eine Gutschrift für die neu vermittelten Tage. Es wird klargestellt, dass die Bearbeitungsgebühr nicht erstattet wird. Der Vermieter empfiehlt im Interesse des Mieters den Abschluss einer Reise-Rücktritts-Versicherung. Unterlagen können im Bedarfsfall beim Vermittler angefordert werden.
