Description
The house is cosily furnished and is located near the beautiful nature reserve "Ter Hooge" and the park Torenvliet, where you can take nice walks.
You enter the house through the front door, which leads you directly into the open kitchen, which is equipped with all amenities. There is an induction cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, combi microwave and fridge. There is a round dining table where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals. The French doors in the kitchen open onto the terrace, which is furnished and has an unobstructed view.
The living area is spacious and has a lounge sofa where you can read a book or enjoy a TV evening in peace.
A spiral staircase (not suitable for people with mobility problems) leads to the bedroom, where there is a double bed (with separate mattresses). The bed is made on arrival and there is a towel set for you.
You can park your car in the property and the house is a non-smoking house.
Middelburg is the capital of Zeeland and is about a 10-minute walk from the house. There is plenty to do in this city! Enjoy a sunny terrace, take a walk through the old town and discover the cosy streets! There are various cycling and walking routes in the area where you can enjoy the nature of Zeeland. The well-known seaside resorts of Dishoek, Zoutelande, Domburg and Vlissingen are within easy reach by bike or car!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
