Description
The flat for 4 people and a toddler has a spacious living area with a dining area on the ground floor. A children's high chair is also available here.
The south-west-facing sun terrace, which is adjoined by a large lawn, is accessed through the floor-to-ceiling window/door front. Garden furniture is, of course, part of the equipment.
There is also a kitchen room on the ground floor, a hallway with wardrobe, a shower room and a small storage room for the washing machine and cleaning utensils.
On the upper floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe. In the larger bedroom there is also a cot.
In addition, there is a second shower room that can be accessed directly from each of the two bedrooms.
A parking space directly in front of the front door and a lockable tool shed for bicycles are also part of the flat.
The flat has its own WLAN (use included in the rental price) and a telephone.
In the living room there is a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a DAB+ stereo radio with CD player, USB connection and Bluetooth function.
Some books and games complete the offer.
The kitchen (without dishwasher) is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. A washing machine, a clothes horse for drying, a hoover, cleaning utensils and an iron and ironing board are of course provided.
Your dog is of course also a welcome guest with us.

Location and surroundings of object
Dorum-Neufeld is a small town situated roughly halfway between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, directly on the North Sea coast.
There are many things worth seeing, such as the Kutterhafen (cutter harbour), the Obereversand lighthouse, the National Park House and, of course, the National Park the UNESCO World Heritage Site Lower Saxony Wadden Sea.
The Watt'n Bad wave pool invites you to swim and relax. It has direct access to the beach with beach chairs and to the sea and mudflats.
There is also a pirate playground right by the sea.
And don't forget the dog beach with beach chairs and dog showers.
Furthermore, there are various leisure activities available. For example, mudflat walks (also especially for kids) from the National Park House or with Wattenpeter, Godi golf, bicycle/bike hire, to name but a few directly on site.
The first point of contact for information (flyers, maps, etc.) is the spa administration / tourist information (at the Kutterhafen / National Park House).
For your physical well-being, there are various restaurants and cafés.
Not to forget, of course, the harbour terraces directly at the Kutterhafen with seating and various fish, ice cream, french fries and other food trucks, incidentally also a popular bikers' meeting place.
The dyke baker offers fresh bread rolls and cakes.
There is also a small supermarket and a shop for beach supplies and souvenirs.
Dorum-Neufeld has been part of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste since 2015
In addition to the many possibilities on site, you can also visit the nearby towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven with their many sights.
In Bremerhaven, for example, there is the Emigration House, the Climate House, the German Maritime Museum, the Zoo by the Sea and the "Schaufenster Fischereihafen".
In Cuxhaven you should not miss the Kugelbake, the "Alte Liebe", the Dicke Berta lighthouse and Ritzebüttel Castle. A horse-drawn carriage ride through the mudflats to Neuwerk or a boat tour to the seal banks are an experience.
A day trip to the high seas island of Helgoland from Bremerhaven or Cuxhaven is also highly recommended.
