Peroj is a village near Fažana and Pula. It has been mentioned as a summer holiday resort since Roman times. Peroj is a quiet place, ideal for a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to towns with historical heritage. In the village itself you can visit the church of St. Stephen and the Orthodox church of St. Spiridon. A little further from the village is the church of Hailige Foška, known as the protector against rheumatism, arthritis and headaches. From Peroj you can enjoy the view of the Brijuni National Park. Peroj is also known for the production of olive oil, so we definitely recommend trying it.
