Comfortably furnished Villa Oliva in Rakalj is located only 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Istria. On the first floor of the villa there is a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has access to a covered balcony with sea views. In addition to the beautifully decorated interior, Villa Oliva also offers outdoor facilities such as a private pool with sun terrace, an outdoor hot tub and a barbecue.
