Be among the first guests of a luxurious holiday resort located in the beautiful countryside, surrounded by forests and lakes.
On our beautiful natural plot we offer 2 holiday homes for recreation. No matter whether you want to arrive alone or with several people, many constellations are possible. Maximum occupancy per house is 4 persons.
For all nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we have built this place for you with great attention to detail. Here you can rest and listen to the birds singing, enjoy the smell of the forest and let your soul relax near the lake.
A paradise for young and old, animal lovers are very welcome. You are welcome to bring a dog (cost: € 5/day).
2 holiday homes a (50 sqm) for up to 4 people on 2 levels.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, pots etc.).
The light-flooded luxury bathroom with ground-level shower and designer tiles will also delight you.
In the open-plan living area there is a comfortable couch (sleep function for 2 people), large flat-screen TV (Wi-Fi is available, German media channels and your own Netflix or Disney+ accounts can thus be used), and a dining table with four chairs.
The bedroom with a double bed is located upstairs in the gallery.
On request, we can provide a travel cot (incl. mattress, but without bed linen) and a high chair (at no extra charge) for our younger guests.
To ensure you intimacy in the evening, we have fitted electric shutters on all windows.
An 18sqm terrace, with a lounge and parasol, invites you to linger comfortably.
The plot is about 2000 sqm. Fencing will follow in 2024.
The house is completely NEW and newly equipped. The house is rented with bed linen and towels.
Air conditioning with cooling (in summer) and heating (in the colder months) is also available.
There are several free parking spaces on the property.
Bicycle, stand-up paddling, pedal boat and kayak rental is also available nearby. More information can be found in the information folder on site.
*The following cleaning products are included in the initial equipment: Soap, toilet paper, bin liners, washing up liquid + tabs, dishcloth.
*The linen package includes: Bed linen, 1 large shower towel per person, 1 towel per person, 1 shower mat per shower, 2 tea towels per kitchen
No youth groups, non-smoking accommodation, smoking and parties are absolutely forbidden.

Deposit: 20 % at booking
Final payment: 6 weeks before arrival
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation possible up to 1 month before arrival date. Up to 14 days before arrival 50% cancellation costs. From 14 days until arrival 100% cancellation costs.
Included are electricity costs up to 100 kWh per week and house (this corresponds to an above-average consumption of 4 persons per week). Each house has its own electricity meter, where the consumption can be seen at any time. If the consumption exceeds the above mentioned value, 0,30 ct per kWh will be charged additionally.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Pomerania (Poland), between the towns of Rummelsburg (Miastko, approx. 20 km) and Bütow (Bytow, approx. 30 km), in beautiful Adlig Briesen (Brzezno Szlacheckie).
In the nearby surroundings there are several lakes that invite you and children to swim and do other water activities. The nearest lake is 150 metres away as the crow flies. The youngest ones will enjoy several local playgrounds in the village. You will find more information in the information folder in the house.
A day trip directly to the Baltic Sea Stolpmünde (Ustka, approx. 85 km) or the city of Gdansk (Gdansk, approx.120 km) is also possible. Another sight and tourist magnet is the city of Marienburg (Malbork, approx. 140 km) with the largest brick castle in Europe. The town of Bytow (approx. 30 km) with its knight's castle is also worth a visit.

On site, it is possible to book a horse-drawn carriage ride through the forests and countryside, and cyclists, hikers, kayak lovers, stand-up paddlers, anglers and mushroom pickers will also find a hidden paradise.
In the village itself there are several small shops and a pizzeria. In the town of Miastko or Bytow there are several restaurants and larger shopping facilities.

Dreamy week in a beautiful house
We (2 adults/couple) enjoyed our days at Casa Kashubia more than anything. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a house in a dream location, perfect for those who love tranquility and absolute silence in nature. The facilities and cleanliness left nothing to be desired, everything was prepared with great attention to detail - we immediately felt at home. Whether it was going for a walk, cycling, renting a canoe, fishing, simply reading a book, or taking a day trip to larger cities (such as Gdansk or Slupsk) - everything is possible. We are deeply impressed by the infinitely vast forests and abundance of lakes, and we encountered very friendly and helpful people. The contact with the landlord during the booking process and the possibility of contacting them during the trip were fantastic as well.
In short, there were no wishes left unfulfilled - thank you for a wonderful week. We wish the Jurczyk family many satisfied guests and hope that this great "home away from home" remains well-maintained and cozy for a long time. We will definitely return to this place.
