Villa Carolus-Luxurious Dalmatia Villa is located in the town of Vodice near Šibenik, just a few meters from the beach, which is also an 8km long promenade that connects Srima, Vodice and the picturesque fishing village of Tribunj.
The villa is 500m from the very center of Vodice, which is a tourist center located by the sea, known for its cultural and entertainment life and rich gastronomic offer.
At the very entrance to the Villa there is a spacious hall with a piano and billiards, followed by a large living room and a spacious kitchen and dining room. The villa has 5 bedrooms with 5 en-suite bathrooms, sauna and hot tub, guest toilet and laundry.
The exterior of the villa on the ground floor consists of a spacious terrace with a TV and table football, and on the first floor there are three balconies and large terraces with a TV and a jacuzzi with a wonderful view of the Vodice archipelago.
The exterior of the villa, fused with the proximity of the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean plants, has a covered gazebo with a grill, an outdoor heated pool 8x4m with sunbeds and a shower, and covered parking spaces for your tin pets.
The luxurious Villa Carolus Dalmatia, spread over 530 m2 of interior space, will leave you breathless with its castell-style decoration and careful selection of hand-made furniture and details, and is intended for a comfortable stay of 10 guests.

In the period from 1.6. until 30.9. pool heating is not charged. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
