The house is located in a very well-kept, absolutely quiet residential area.
The distance to the sea is 800 metres. There, kilometres of sandy beaches and wonderfully clear water await you.
The green, mountainous hinterland of Dénia invites you to go on excursions and hikes.

Luxury villa not far from the beach.
Luxury villa for 6 people with everything you need. Spacious, plenty of space inside and outside. Everything you need is available. Kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes, gas grill, etc. All available. The beach is a true 800m away, with other easily accessible sandy beaches within a radius of 1-2km. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. The owner can be reached quickly and takes care of all problems. We felt very comfortable and can recommend without reservation. Denia in 10 min, Altea in 30 min reachable. Valencia highly recommended as a travel destination.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities, very clean, nice contact who always responds quickly, great and well-maintained pool, spacious kitchen.... all in all a highly recommended house. We had a great 14 days there and would love to come back.

Highly recommended!
We had a great and relaxing time in this extremely tastefully and top-equipped house. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us very nicely. The location is very quiet in a residential area (which we liked) but a bit outside if you are looking for a lively waterfront promenade (which we didn't want, but you should know). Shopping facilities and some restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The property with garden is very spacious and beautifully landscaped and the pool has a nice size and depth. In the comfortable beds, with "normal" duvets familiar to us Germans (no Spanish sheet chaos!), we also slept excellently thanks to the air conditioning. All in all highly recommended!
