Completely renovated in 2022 holiday home with a sunny south-facing terrace. Modern fitted kitchen. Guest WC, bathroom with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms. Beautiful dining area with large hatch into the kitchen. The light-flooded living room is equipped with a fireplace from March 23. The unobstructed far-reaching view into the typical "Angeliter hill landscape" can be enjoyed from here or from the attached terrace. Lockable garage and another room offer plenty of space for bicycles etc.. The holiday accommodation is located on the outer edge of our farm. Here you will find free fresh chicken eggs to "harvest" yourself, lovely ponies to ride, a play barn, go-karts, petting animals and much more. We do not charge any hidden additional costs (electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen etc.). Easy parking, directly in front of the door. Contactless arrival possible.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated in a very quiet rural location on the outer edge of a farm and holiday farm. On the large property there are lawns (sunbathing lawn), a cottage garden with flowering plants, large trees and old varieties of fruit trees.
Unique is the possibility of the many small paths through flowering meadows, fields and forests as a circular route and the evening walk from the holiday home, with or without dog, as a jogger or with the bike, does not have to lead back on the same way. No mass tourism in the village. The central location of the accommodation makes it possible to reach the water and the beaches of the Baltic Sea, at different places and in three cardinal directions in a few minutes. The bicycle is used with pleasure by our holidaymakers. Especially the nearby peninsula "Geltinger Birk" with countless water birds, eagles and wild horses invites you to do so.
Good shopping and leisure opportunities in the Schleistadt Kappeln (7 minutes by car) or in Gelting (5 minutes by car), in Gelting the Lidl market is often open on Sundays.

Hello dear holidaymakers, my name is Tim and I run a farm with my wife Anett. Besides growing barley, wheat and the yellow flowering rape, we have to take care of some animals every day. Our farm is in a quiet location and is bordered by the "Flensburger Förde" to the north, the "Ostseefjord Schlei" to the south and beautiful Baltic beaches to the east. For this reason, we have decided to offer "farm holidays". Whether family with small and big children, single travellers, pensioners with dog etc. - every guest is welcome! We are nice and uncomplicated. It is also possible to arrive spontaneously, and often a discount is granted if the house is empty. We have already taken some of our regular guests to our hearts and thanks to the possibilities (WhatsApp), the contact remains until the longed-for reunion.
