Comfortable detached house (living area 300m2), swimming pool with solar heating (4,5 x 7,5 x 1,3m), around the swimming pool wooden deck, garden approx. 1000 m2 fully fenced on the road side with wrought iron fence and doors, internet, telephone, 2 TV, 2 DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, water softener, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, In each bedroom and in dining room ceiling fan. Parking for 3 cars inside the fence + garage. Children under 2 years are not considered as "person". Pets allowed.
In high season rental only per week from Saturday to Saturday.
Grocery post office and pharmacy 600m, restaurant 1000m, tourist information 1000m

Villa Daza is situated in a quiet street on the outskirts of the small town of Fertöd on Lake Neusiedl, not far from the baroque towns of Sopron and Györ. Approx. 80 km away from Vienna and Bratislava.
Lake Neusiedl is only a few km away. The nature reserve around the lake is of unique beauty. In December 2001 this cultural landscape was even included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Fertöd is home to the largest baroque-rococo castle in Hungary (Eszterházy Castle), the "Versailles" of Hungary. You can visit the castle on regular guided tours and attend concerts during the summer months
Nearby there are several thermal baths: Hegykö (6km), Kapuvar (12km), Balf (19 km) and Sarvar
Bicycle paths invite you to tours around Lake Neusiedl. Hiking, fishing, sailing, or simply spending a day at the beach are possibilities.
Near the holiday villa there are two riding stables with offers for children and adults
Golf lovers can visit the nearby 9 and 18 hole golf course.

Beautiful and quietly situated house
Everything you need is available here. The pool is heated and illuminated. It was a wonderful holiday and we have booked again for 2019.
The landlord is very nice and we didn't miss anything around the house. The town itself is very simple and the only highlight is the castle. But if you take some driving time, you can reach many beautiful places. From our side there is a clear RECOMMENDATION.

Highly recommended!
Super great holiday home located in a side street. The holiday home is very large and clean. The pool and garden leave nothing to be desired. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Also positive to mention is the contact with the landlord or the service on site.
We can only recommend this holiday home and would rent it again at any time.

Ons Thuis in Hongarije
Na 3 weken vertoefd te hebben in Villa Daza is het bij ons overgekomen dat we niet in een huis zaten maar dat het voelde als thuis.Vorig jaar waren we er al 2 weken geweest en dat was ons zo goed bevallen dat we dit jaar 3 weken geweest zijn.Het is in een woord grandioos. Het (t)huis, de omgeving de service van Zoltan en Ibola( het beheerders echtpaar) wat er zeker toe bijdraagt aan het supreure vakantie gevoel.Wij komen in iedergeval terug.

Wonderful relaxing vacation
The holiday home is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Dog and children felt completely at ease, and the options for recreation in the surrounding area are very nice. However, it is a big advantage to arrive by car.

Plenty of space
Spacious and comfortable villa with lots of space. We have been there for the 3rd time now. We always kite and windsurf in Podersdorf, for us 2 adults and 5 children there is no comparable accommodation there, so we gladly accept the 20 minute drive there.

Super holiday home
The name "Villa Daza" hits the nail on the head. Fully equipped, clean, huge garden, everything is top-notch. You feel like at home! Can only recommend it.

Vicinity of the holiday home: liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
free time activities: für Naturliebhaber, insebesondere Vogelfreunde, ideale Lage zu den Flächen am Neusiedler See. Schloss Esterhazy ist einen Besuch wert.
shopping facilities: bescheiden, man fährt dazu besser nach Österreich, 10 Minuten
