Location and surroundings of object
We live in a quiet street that is only used by residents. At a distance of 100 metres there is a large children's playground with playground equipment for the little ones, a volleyball field and a football field for the older ones, as well as a spacious barbecue hut.
The surrounding area invites you to take walks in nature through forests and meadows, right here around the house or also around the Bissendorfer Sonnensee or the forests all around.
For relaxing, cosy get-togethers or playing for the children, there is a huge garden with a seating area and barbecue fireplace, which we present to you in detail on our homepage. On the homepage you will also find photos of the house, the flat, the garden and the surroundings.
Our holiday flat is quiet and yet centrally located.
The house is located between Bissendorf and Osnabrück, approx. 3 km to the centre of Bissendorf, approx. 8 km to the centre of Osnabrück.
In Bissendorf there are restaurants for every taste (Italian, German or Greek cuisine, an ice cream parlour and beer gardens), shopping facilities are nearby, the Sonnensee lake invites you to take a walk and linger, and there are also leisure facilities.
Osnabrück's city centre has numerous cultural offerings such as the theatre, various stages and cinemas and much more. The old town is worth seeing and interesting and you will find gastronomy for absolutely every taste. The surrounding area invites you to take walks in nature through forests and meadows, right here around the house or also around the Bissendorfer Sonnensee.

Up to two persons 25,00 € per person, from 3 persons 23,00 per person - from 1.1.23 each plus energy cost flat rate 3,00 € in the winter months October to April and 2,00 € in the summer months May to September. Pet 8,00 €. Short booking surcharge up to 3 nights: one-time € 10.00 per person. With two full-paying adults, the first child up to 14 years is included, the second child pays half, i.e. € 14.00. |

- Free cancellation option until 7 days before the day of arrival.
- Gebuchte Zeiträume sind dann zu zahlen, wenn für den Zeitraum keine alternative Buchung mehr erfolgen kann. Auch bei kurzfristiger Änderung der An- oder Abreisedaten muss der gebuchte Zeitraum bezahlt werden. Unverbindliche Reservierungen können vorgenommen werden, müssen jedoch dann festgelegt oder abgesagt werden, wenn eine verbindliche Anfrage für den fraglichen Zeitraum eingeht.

The price of 25 € p. p. is for an occupancy of 2 persons. We charge 23.00 p.p. for three or more persons. Unfortunately, with effect from 1.1.2023, a flat-rate energy charge of 3.00 p.p. in the winter months and 2.00 p.p. in the summer months (October to April and May to September) will be added.
By popular demand, we have reactivated a flat in the basement for single persons. This is a room with its own bathroom and small kitchen. The rental price is € 26.00 per night. Short-stay surcharges can be found in the conditions on our homepage.
In the interest of non-smokers, we ask that you smoke on the cosy little balcony. This is roofed and offers the opportunity for a dry stay even when it rains.
Babysitting in the evening hours is possible on request.
