Description
Our holiday home was completely renovated in 2022. It is located in the front Ötztal and offers space for 6-10 people (non-smokers).
On 120 m² of living space you will find a spacious kitchen with seating and all kitchen utensils (tea towels), a 2 m² pantry with an additional refrigerator.
Cosy living room to relax in with large Smart TV. Bedrooms are equipped with bed linen.
Two triple rooms with south-facing balcony and two double rooms.
Two bathrooms with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, shower and hand towels.
Washing machine and house safe, a utility room with 2m². W-LAN Internet for a fee.
Large sun terrace, lawn with garden furniture, table tennis are also available for relaxing hours.
Pets are not allowed.
Car parking for up to four cars is available.

Motorway exit: Haiming-Ötztal, direction Ötztal, after approx. 2.5 km there is a turn-off to the right to the district Neu Ambach Off the main road you will find our holiday home Ambach on the hill on the right-hand side.
The Hoch-Ötz skiing and hiking area is just a few minutes' drive away. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
The world-famous outdoor leisure park Area47 is also just a few minutes away.
