Divided into two mirror-image semi-detached houses, exclusive comfort awaits you on 280 m² of living space. Enough space for 12 people and a baby cot.

The open and light-flooded living and dining area with a room height of 2.80m and large window fronts immediately creates a holiday mood. The comfortable sofa creates a feel-good atmosphere. Additional cosy windows invite you to read, dream or look out into nature.
For your multimedia entertainment, a large 65-inch TV including Netflix is available for cosy movie nights.
The fully equipped, open kitchen offers true cooking pleasure. With plenty of space for cooking and eating together. Self-catering is really fun here.
Of course, there is direct access to the large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. Enjoy beautiful hours, in the midst of nature. Perhaps with a hearty breakfast in the morning or a cosy get-together in the wonderful evening sun.
The space on the ground floor is rounded off by a utility room, a guest toilet and a large hallway with wardrobe. Of course, a washing machine is available free of charge.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find three separate bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds - a real nest for recharging your batteries and recharging your batteries. Built-in wardrobes for your wardrobe, insect screens and electric shutters help you find blissful sleep.
You will find timeless flair and functionality in the two large bathrooms. A glazed rain shower offers the ultimate showering pleasure. Relaxing hours are pre-programmed in the adjoining sauna with ambient lighting. Here you can unwind to your heart's content.
The holiday home is a retreat from everyday life and offers relaxation for all the senses, full of cosiness and discreet luxury, unobtrusive and unforgettable.
On request, we can provide you with a baby cot up to 3 years and a high chair.
You can park your car directly at the house. There are 2 parking spaces per accommodation unit for you.

Not far from one of the largest lakes in the Mecklenburg Lake District, the Fleesensee, you will find the unique holiday home "Land Fleesensee".
Explorers and individualists are just as welcome here as those seeking peace and quiet and sports enthusiasts. The unique river and lake landscape can be discovered while hiking, cycling or on a canoe tour.
The Golf & Country Club Fleesensee is Germany's largest interconnected golf and tennis facility in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District with a total of 72 holes.
The courses offer golfing experiences for every level. Beginners, children up to professional golfers will find their challenge here.
For all water rats, the surfing and sailing school on the most beautiful sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee offers courses in windsurfing, catamaran sailing, children's sailing, standup paddling and guided canoe tours.
In the AQUAFUN adventure pool, young and old get their money's worth. A large indoor pool, an adventure water playground and a colourful adventure slide guarantee lots of swimming fun.
Varied events, daytime events and annual highlights ensure that your holiday will never be boring.
You can even do without your car on holiday. Under the name "Fleesensee Shuttle", a bus runs seasonally free of charge between the golf course, the districts and the beach or harbour.
Numerous gastronomic establishments cater for your physical well-being. A culinary variety of refreshing treats, traditional dishes and international delicacies up to the gourmet restaurant. No one will go hungry here.
Göhren-Lebbin or "Land Fleesensee" is also easy to reach by car. You can reach your holiday home via the A19 (Berlin-Rostock) from Berlin in 1.5 hours or from Hamburg in 2 hours.
For a day trip to the Baltic Sea you need just 1 hour.
The nearby larger town of Malchow is about six kilometres away.
