he ground floor of the house has a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooker and other kitchen appliances. The living room can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a fireplace and TV with German/Swedish cable TV. From the living room you can access the large terrace with seating from where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the lake! In addition to a modern bathroom, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed (90x90cm) on the lower floor of the holiday home. On the upper floor of the house, you reach 3 bedrooms with double beds each through a passage room with a child's bed. However, you can also change these to single beds through the divisible function. One of the bedrooms has a lake view through the balcony. There is a lot of storage space in the house. All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. Upstairs there is also another new bathroom (2020) with shower and toilet. In the basement of the house there is also a laundry room with washing machine. The holiday home is equipped with WIFI in all rooms. Furthermore, barbecue, community games and sports equipment are available at the house. Through the large windows of the house, you can observe the deciduous forest surroundings and the lake landscape by day and night. The house has its own jetty and large garden. It is only about 900 m to a slipway on the Asnen. At the house itself there are many parking possibilities for your own trailer and also loading possibilities.
The rental price includes 2 boats with outboard motors (4 & 6 hp) and a canoe. Our Linder 440 Fishing with 5hp outboard (package 1) are also available on request. However, these must be booked separately. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed on request
