Description
Only 5 minutes walk from the beach of Domburg, you will find this beautiful studio with a small balcony for 2 persons.
The studio was recently built and redecorated with a great sense of style, and its location makes it an ideal base for your holiday by the sea.
The studio is located on the second floor above the Akkerdaas bike rental and is only 200 metres from the beach of Domburg!
The living area is spacious and has a small south-facing balcony, so you can enjoy the cosy centre of Domburg from there. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, so you can prepare your own breakfast. Of course, you can also have breakfast in one of the cosy restaurants located just down the stairs!
There are two single beds in the living/sleeping area, which are made up on arrival (compulsory booking). You can book a towel set during the booking process.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The flat is equipped with a smart TV and free internet. The washing machine on the first floor is for shared use. You can park in one of the parking spaces in the village centre by registering with your number plate. The studio is a non-smoking studio and pets are not allowed.
The central location of this flat means you are right in the centre of Domburg and can enjoy your holiday by the sea in this lovely studio!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Domburg beach
The main attraction for tourists coming to Domburg is the wide sandy beach that stretches all the way to Westkapelle!
The beach of Domburg is, just like the other beaches on Walcheren, especially known for its wooden groynes, the typical beach huts and of course the friendly atmosphere.
In addition, the province of Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands during the summer months. An excellent base for a wonderful holiday by the sea in Zeeland!
Places of interest
During your visit to Domburg, the Molen Weltevreden is certainly worth a visit! This typical Zeeland windmill was a source of inspiration for artists such as Toorop and Mondriaan.
The old town hall on the market square in Domburg is also beautiful! It was built in 1567 and is the second oldest building in Domburg!
