My holiday flat is tastefully and comfortably furnished
and corresponds to the equipment level of 4 stars according to the classification of the DTV.
In the living room you will find the new corner sofa, which can be folded out into a double bed for a third or fourth person.
The large electric fireplace provides the appropriate atmosphere in the late evening hours or in winter.
A large television with satellite TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD and cassette player are available, as well as board games, a DVD collection and a large selection of literature.
The kitchenette with the dining area in front of it is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine (Tassimo), microwave and of course a wide range of accessories as well as more than sufficient crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes with mini-safe offers enough space for your holiday luggage.
The brand new daylight bathroom (2020) is equipped with rain shower and large shower cubicle, towel radiator, hairdryer and vanity mirror.
The hallway has a heated wardrobe with shoe storage and suitcase compartment.
From the living room you can reach the terrace, which is quite isolated from the view of strangers by overgrowth.
Here you will find the garden furniture and your barbecue fireplace.
All floors in the flat are tiled in terracotta.
The flat is only available to non-smokers.
Pets on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the holiday village Rugana on the northernmost peninsula of Rügen, on Wittow; where the sun shines most often according to statistics in Germany.
The complex consists of small hamlets (groups of houses), all of which look different in terms of their construction and colour due to the timberwork, doors, windows and shutters. The gardening team has also put a lot of effort into the creation of the green areas (m² of terrain), so that the holiday complex appears in a different blaze of colour in every season.
Bike rental, mini-golf, volleyball, playgrounds and football fields, swing golf course (family golf), petting zoo as well as bakery and restaurant are part of the holiday village.
The site borders on the Kreptitz Heath nature reserve. It is located in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft Nature Park.
Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door.
It is a good half hour by bike to Cape Arkona. The coastal resorts of Breege or Juliusruh as well as the 'Schaabe' with the most beautiful beaches on the island can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The chalk cliffs are about 20 kilometres away.
Riding, sailing, surfing and fishing opportunities are available in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation terms:

Dream vacation for those seeking peace and quiet
Great apartment in a beautiful area. Everything has been thought of in terms of amenities: dishwasher, flickering fireplace, books, games, and DVDs. The terrace, separated from the neighbor by bushes, with a grill fireplace and lawn, invites you to have breakfast and enjoy the sun. The next vacation is already booked.

Zu Gast im Mai als Paar mit Hund zum Erholungsurlaub:
Ich bin im Mai mit meinem Partner und unserem Hund eine Woche in der Wohnung gewesen.
Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Ende des Urlaub hat uns alles prima gefallen.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.
Mit unserem Hund haben wir durch die direkte Lage am Wald und nicht weit vom Meer tolle Spaziergänge gemacht. Im Restaurant in dem hübschen Feriendorf haben wir mehrfach gut gegessen.

Dear guests, i am Jörg Sommerfeld and a few years ago, by chance, I got to know the beautiful spot in Dranske Bakenberg on the island of Rügen, not far from Cape Arkona. I now offer my private holiday flats there, which vary in size. I have renovated them all myself and turned them into comfortable holiday accommodation. All the flats are on the ground floor, have their own entrances from the outside and terraces with garden furniture and barbecue fireplaces.
