Holiday home AP1, a beautiful villa that has been completely renovated, is located on the island of Kläcklingen on the beautiful Åsnen in Småland. Not far from AP1, the popular canoe route "Värendsleden" leads. The Värendsleden is a 120 km long canoe trail that stretches from Lake Asa in the north over Helgasjön, Salen and Åsnen down to Mörrumsån in the south. The lovingly renovated holiday home offers space for up to 10 people (maximum occupancy) on two floors and a high standard on over 200 square metres of living space. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all important kitchen appliances. The open-plan dining room, which has been furnished with two sofas, a sitting area and a fireplace, is connected to the living room. The open, bright room has many windows and invites you to relax! From the terrace and living room the house offers lake view!
The first of three bathrooms is located on the ground floor. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and ample storage space. Next door is a large children's room, with a bunk bed, a single bed and another place to sleep.
On the upper floor of the house, there are two identical bedrooms located in the "sides" of the house. These bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed. In one of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms on the upper floor. In the. There is also a study and a storage room. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement of the house.
The room layout is optionally suitable for two families or couples who want to spend their holiday in Sweden together. The floor plan of the house illustrates the room layout. The private lakeshore is only a few metres away. Here are two canoes, which are included in the rental price, and the fishing boats, which can be rented additionally. There is also a bathing platform in the lake, which can of course be used. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Own boats are not allowed. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
