Located on the first floor, a very special feel-good place awaits you in this 85 sqm flat. High-quality furnishings, natural materials and many special details result in a harmonious combination of high-quality design and alpine charm with feel-good factor.
Not far from the Riessersee and the mountain lifts of the Garmisch Classic ski area, this flat offers peace and quiet and yet the possibility to quickly reach the town centre on foot.
The heart of the flat is an inviting living and dining room. The cosy living area with comfortable sofa and wonderful armchairs invites you to linger, the dining table with seating area to sit together in a relaxed atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality utensils and kitchen appliances and leaves nothing to be desired even for enthusiastic hobby cooks. A well thought-out lighting concept rounds off the furnishings and creates a pleasant atmosphere, especially at late hours.
One large and one smaller bedroom, each equipped with a double bed and generous wardrobes, offer the perfect retreats. The Swiss stone pine furniture used here spreads a soothing scent and promises a deeply relaxed night's sleep. If you prefer to avoid the sun in the morning, you can darken all the windows in the flat with the help of the electric shutters.
In the modern bathroom with large, ground-level shower, you will always start the day with the right sound thanks to the built-in speakers and radio. In addition, the flat has a separate guest WC.
Three balconies hold a fantastic mountain panorama in store and give you the opportunity to wander with the sun throughout the day. In the morning, the east balcony is the ideal place to catch the first rays of sun. The south-west balcony offers a magnificent view of the Alpspitze and Waxensteine and the loggia is a comfortable place to sit, sheltered from the wind, even in bad weather.
Even at low temperatures, the natural oak wood floors and the integrated underfloor heating throughout the flat give you that barefoot feeling.
A parking space is available in the underground garage. Here you can also store your bicycles as well as your skis and ski boots. In the basement you will also find a communal laundry room with its own washing machine and dryer.

Dem Namen gerecht... Die Ferienwohnung ist, wie der Name schon sagt, wirklich WUNDERSCHÖN!!! Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Blick aus den riesigen Fenstern auf Zugspitze und Alpspitze ist fantastisch!

Die Unterkunft WunderSchön lässt keine Wünsche offen und begeistert mit der Liebe zum Detail Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und man findet alles, was man benötigt. Im Keller steht eine Waschmachine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung, was besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten praktisch ist. Edeka und Norma sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zum Bahnhof oder zum Hausberg läuft man aber ca 30 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen Die großen Fenster laden ein, auf dem Sofa zu verweilen und die Berge zu geniesen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, auch die Küche und das Badezimmer. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung eine toller Ort, um sich zu erholen. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt und Bankautomat sind fußläufig leicht erreichbar, ideal um sich in Pandemiezeiten selbst zu versorgen.

A place to feel good and relax
The large windows invite you to linger on the sofa and enjoy the mountains. The furnishings are very high quality, including the kitchen and bathroom. All in all, the flat is a great place to relax. The bakery, butcher, supermarket and ATM are within easy walking distance, ideal for self-catering in times of pandemic.

This was the second time I had the pleasure of being a guest at WunderSchön - the first time with friends in October for hiking, the second time to celebrate Christmas with my family. Everyone agreed: arriving here is a real pleasure! The tasteful interior design with selected, handcrafted woods and the fancy lighting create a cosy comfort. The view of the imposing mountain panorama from the living room and from each of the three balconies is unsurpassable... and everywhere this wonderful scent of Swiss stone pine. The kitchen is stylishly and thoughtfully furnished - even the preparation of a refined Christmas menu with several people was fun there. Whether for a stroll in the city centre or as a starting point for hikes with the countryside virtually on your doorstep: the location of WunderSchön is also ideal. Friederike

The WunderSchön accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and inspires with its attention to detail
The accommodation is very modern, tastefully furnished and with great attention to detail. The kitchen is also excellently equipped and you will find everything you need. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, which is especially practical for longer stays. Edeka and Norma are only 5 minutes away on foot, but it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the train station or to the local mountain. We felt very comfortable and would book again.

Living up to the name...
The holiday flat is, as the name suggests, really WONDERFUL!!! Nothing is missing, the kitchen is super equipped, everything is very tasteful and furnished to a high standard. The view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze from the huge windows is fantastic!
