Villa Luan is located only 300 m away from the beaches of the city of, and it can accommodate up to 10 people. The pool is surrounded by cozy sun loungers and olive trees will quickly become your favorite place for spending hot summer days. The elegant terrace also features a shaded lounge area perfect for your morning coffee or a thrilling book as well as an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill. Gather your loved ones around the dining table and show off your cooking skills under the starry sky. Villa Luan is tastefully furnished, with modern furniture and attention to detail. The airy, spacious ground floor is dominated by an open space living room connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. Two stylish double bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with double bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. The villa offers its guests private parking for 2 cars. Villa Luan is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

Location and surroundings of object
The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of most developed places in Croatia, and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing. You will spend your holidays in the atmosphere of the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets and beaches surrounded by pine woods. The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centres, horse centres.
