You will find a combined living-dining room with exit to the furnished balcony, a fully equipped separate kitchen as well as two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. To relax after an eventful day, the residence's indoor swimming pool at your disposal. A parking space with mobile parking system in the underground garage is available.
The Residenza Degli Angioli is situated in an excellent position, just a few minutes' walk from the lake promenade and the beautiful Piazza of Ascona. The romantic alleys of the old town with its many attractive restaurants and countless shopping facilities invite you to stroll around. Ascona's lido and golf course are also within walking distance. A few minutes walk to the bus stop, post office and bank.

Spacious and simply furnished flat. The kitchen is functional. The small balcony offers enough space to watch the hustle and bustle on the street leading to the lake promenade while enjoying a cosy aperitif.
