Newly built villa in the small village Salvela near Vodnjan can accommodate 14 people. This modern villa offers everything you need for your dream vacation. In the basement of the house there is a bedroom and a game room where you can play billiards, table tennis and foosball. On the first floor there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and a Finnish sauna. On the second floor, connected with the interior staircase, there are two air-conditioned rooms and a living room, kitchen and dining room with access to a beautiful balcony with sea view. Outside, relax by the pool and sunbathe on the large terrace with sun loungers. The youngest guests can have fun on the trampoline in the garden. If needed, a crib and a baby crib are at your disposal. If you want to treat yourself to a luxurious vacation in a stylish villa, this villa is the best choice! Unfortunately, youth groups are not allowed.
Final cleaning in the amount of 250 euros is not included in the price below and will be paid to the owner on arrival.
