The holiday apartment "Weitblick" is located on the first floor of a new building in the district of Partenkirchen. The new, spacious apartment offers with 70m² and its beautiful and modern furnishings a lot of space to feel good and relax and is the ideal accommodation for a perfect holiday - whether as a couple or with children.

As the name of this holiday home suggests, you can enjoy a wonderful and wide view of the beautiful panorama of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is very bright because of the many large windows and the wooden floor.
The living and dining area of the holiday apartment "Weitblick" is equipped with a large dining table with 4 chairs, two comfortable armchairs, a flat screen TV and a pull-out sofa on which 2 people can sleep. From here you can reach the spacious balcony from where you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama. The modern kitchen is also equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking.
In the bedroom you can relax after an exciting day in the mountains on the large bed for two people. In this room you will also find a wardrobe and a modern desk with a chair from which you can work. From this room you can also reach the beautiful balcony.

The holiday apartment "Weitblick" is in a great location, because you can reach the historic Ludwigstraße, the center of the district Partenkirchen in only 5-10 minutes walk, as well as the large Olympic ski jump and the Eckbauerbahn.
In the newly built house, where the holiday apartment "Weitblick" is located, there is also a practical elevator and an underground parking space for your car. If you have a pet, you are welcome to take it with you to the holiday apartment. Please note, that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft und liegt fußläufig nach Partenkirchen und viele Wanderwege sind von dort aus erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne.

Super schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage für schöne Ausflüge. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Ausblick einfach unschlagbar ........ nur von der Couch aus blickt man auf das Nebengebäude und fühlt sich teilweise "auf dem Präsentierteller". Sehr von Vorteil sind der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Aufzug, der sich vor allem bei Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen von Vorteil zeigt. Auch die Flure zur Wohnung und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt ......... wir würden jederzeit die Wohnung wieder buchen.

We were very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped and the view from the balcony is amazing. Quiet location but still within walking distance to the city center. Furthermore, the Kaizenbad and ski stadium can be reached on foot in a short time.

Super nice flat in a perfect location for nice excursions. When the weather is nice, the view is simply unbeatable ........ only from the couch you look at the adjacent building and feel partly "on display". The underground parking space and lift are very advantageous, especially for people with walking difficulties. The corridors to the flat and the outside facilities are also very well maintained. Our dog also felt very comfortable ......... We would book the flat again at any time.

The Weitblick flat lives up to its name with a top location on the edge of Partenkirchen and a fantastic view. The flat leaves nothing to be desired, is very well maintained and also top equipped. The underground parking space rounds everything off. We can highly recommend the flat. The holiday was perfect! We felt at home.

Newly furnished, modern and very quiet holiday flat with a great view from the balcony, smart TV with Netflix access, garage parking space, lift. We felt very comfortable there for 14 days. Netto-Discount nearby, 10 minutes to the historic Ludwigstraße. Bus stop not 5 minutes away / free with use of the guest card within GaPa.
