The 80 square meters of the vacation apartment are divided into a spacious living room with dining table and couch, the bedroom with double bed as well as a separate kitchen and a modern bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
Of course, the kitchen is equipped with all important utensils. So every hobby chef will have his pleasure here as well.
Particularly noteworthy is the direct access to the balcony both from the bedroom as well as from the living and dining area.
South balcony of the vacation apartment spoils with plenty of sunshine
Due to the optimal south-west and south-east location, the balcony offers "plenty of sun". Of course, you have balcony furniture and even an awning
at your disposal.
Want a little time out?
In the apartment is from 15.09.2019 an infrared cabin, which you may use for relaxing. Enjoy completely undisturbed the warmth of the infrared light and let so end your day.
Perfect location for beautiful hiking tours
Nearby you will find the ideal starting points for many hiking tours. For example, the Partnachklamm gorge and the famous Olympic ski jump are only a few minutes away.
A free underground parking space is reserved for your car. Also pets are also allowed in the "Cloud 9", so you can take your four-legged friend relaxed with you on vacation. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Alles super geklappt, konnten sonntags schon eine Stunde früher den Schlüssel abholen . Gute Lage, waren mit dem Hund schnell in der Natur. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gute Ausstattung. Lage zum Zentrum von Garmisch zu Fuß mindestens 30 Minuten. Die TG ist für große Fahrzeuge sehr eng. Restaurant Tip in Partenkirchen - Gasthof "Zur Linde"!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am Liebsten wären wir da geblieben. Die Lage war für uns auch sehr gut, da wir mit unserem Hund ganz schnell ins Grüne zum Gassi gehen konnten. Auch war es eine sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Zum Hornschlittenrennen konnten wir mal geschwind hinlaufen. Die Tiefgarage war auch prima. Preis/Leistung hat gepasst. Service-/Betreuung war auch sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war prima ausgestattet. Wir würden die Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder nehmen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Martina Waldraff

Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Liegt in einer ruhigen aber dennoch zentralen Gegend, um notwendige Einkäufe pp.zu erledigen.

In 1 woord perfect.mooi uitzicht ruime balkon waar je heerlijk s,morgens kunt ontbijten in het zonnetje.goede bed goede douche.mooie grote keuken. Klein minpuntje de tv deed het niet.(maar je hebt vakantie dus niet zo erg.) Echt een aanrader dit huisje.

Wir hatten die FeWo Cloud9 in GAP für 5 Übernachtungen gebucht und es fehlte uns an nichts. Bei Buchung direkt über die Agentur haben wir auch im Vergleich zu einem bekannten Reiseportal viel Geld gespart.

Perfect in one word. Beautiful view, spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Good bed, good shower, beautiful large kitchen. The only small drawback was that the TV didn't work (but you're on vacation so it's not a big deal). Highly recommended this cottage.

We had booked the FeWo Cloud9 in GAP for 5 nights and lacked nothing.
By booking directly through the agency, we also saved a lot of money compared to a well-known travel portal.

We were very satisfied with the flat. We liked it very much. We would have loved to stay there. The location was also very good for us, as we could quickly walk our dog in the countryside. It was also a very quiet location. We were able to walk to the horn sled race in no time. The underground parking was also great. The price/performance ratio was right. Service/support was also very good. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
We would take the flat again any time.

Very nice flat with attractive furnishings and fittings. Quiet location, but far from the centres of Garmisch and Partenkirchen. The parking space in the basement with direct access to the house is good, especially in winter. Good kitchen equipment, own infrared cabin for evening relaxation (a description for proper use was unfortunately missing). Immediate service by the boss himself to rectify a defect directly after moving in. Before moving in (after a long vacancy) a damp mopping would have been useful.

Very nice flat and very well equipped. Location to the centre of Garmisch at least 30 minutes on foot. The TG is very narrow for large vehicles.
