Description

Picturesquely situated, directly on the Kankerbach, this apartment offers around 100 square meters of space for up to four people.
The newly built apartment building, which is situated in a fantastic hillside location, is only a few minutes away from the center of Partenkirchen.

Making self-catering a pleasure

The heart of the comfortably furnished vacation apartment is the spacious, open-plan living and dining area.
A fully equipped kitchen offers a combi oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, as well as all the other important utensils for amateur chefs. Two bar stools at the kitchenette promise convivial cooking evenings, making the kitchen the communicative center of this wonderful apartment.

End the evening perfectly - or start the day comfortably, all this can be done in the cozy living area. A large sofa, which can be easily converted into a comfortable bed for up to two people, and two armchairs offer plenty of space. Directly from the living area you have access to the terrace and your own garden - naturally equipped with garden furniture and loungers.

A bedroom with a view of the greenery

You also have direct access to the garden from the bedroom. A generous box-spring bed as well as a closet and clothes rail leave nothing to be desired.

Our "Riverside" vacation apartment also has a modern, spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in rainforest shower. Recharging your batteries is easy here!

Private parking space for your car

Our guests can look forward to a reserved underground parking space. There is also a lockable cellar compartment in front of the parking space, equipped with a power socket. Perfect for skis or e-bikes!
Access to the house is barrier-free via the elevator.
If you have a pet, you are welcome to bring it into the apartment, as animals are welcome here.

Top moderne und geräumige Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet. Top Lage, um Wanderungen zu machen. Vielen Dank, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind. Wir haben jetzt zum 3. mal diese Wohnung gebucht, weil wir mit allen Dingen komplett zufrieden sind.

Für uns eine tolle Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet und ausgestattet was man braucht und mehr, Sauberkeit war super. Die Lage ist auch super als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderung und schlendern in der Ludwigstraße. Ernst aus Gladbeck Mai 2023.

Eine tolle Wohnung, perfekt mit der Terrasse und dem Ausblick Richtung Eckbauer. Da wir Ebikes dabei hatten vor allem mit der Tiefgarage und dem separaten Keller mehr als optimal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch prima, uns fehlte nichts.

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartment. Sehr sauber, modern und alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Speziell mit Kind und Hund war das Appartment perfekt. Leider konnten wir die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen wegen der Einfahrthöhe - da die Straße aber eher ruhig gelegen ist und kaum befahren ist, konnten wir ganz entspannt mit dem Bulli direkt vor der Tür parken.

Vielen Dank das wir mit unserem karelischen Bärenhund in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung bereits zum 2. Mal unserer Urlaub verbringen durften. Im wunderschönen Partenkirchener Stadteil gelegene, moderne und funktionell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sauwohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage, sowie der kleine Garten und der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall dieses Jahr im Herbst wieder ;-). For us a great apartment with everything furnished and equipped what you need and more, cleanliness was great. The location is also great as a starting point for great hikes and strolling on Ludwigstraße.

The apartment was simply "great"!!! We spent a week there in wonderful winter weather. Our cat also felt very comfortable there. We were especially pleased about the underground parking space: no need to shovel out the car.

Thank you very much for letting us spend our holiday with our Karelian bear dog in this great holiday flat for the second time. We felt very comfortable in the modern and functionally furnished holiday flat in the beautiful Partenkirchen district. The quiet location, as well as the small garden and the underground parking space leave nothing to be desired.
We will definitely come back this year in autumn ;-).

Very nicely located apartment. Very clean, modern and everything you need is there. We didn't miss anything and enjoyed our stay very much. Especially with a child and a dog, the apartment was perfect.
Unfortunately, we couldn't use the underground garage because of the height of the entrance - but since the street is rather quiet and there is hardly any traffic, we were able to park our van right in front of the door.

A great flat, perfect with the terrace and the view towards Eckbauer.
Since we had our bikes with us, the underground garage and separate cellar were more than ideal. The equipment of the flat was also great, nothing was missing.
