Description
In the 85 sqm holiday home "Rhapsody Oldenburg" you can really relax and unwind. The semi-detached house was completely renovated in 2022. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house.
The bright and spacious living room, a kitchen with adjoining dining room, a bathroom with rain shower and a hallway with wardrobe are located in the basement.
Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm), another bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet and sink and a storage room.
All rooms are bright, friendly and lovingly furnished down to the last detail.
Outside, two terraces invite you to linger. One of the terraces is roofed and has "outdoor seating" character, so it is not only possible to enjoy a meal or a coffee outside when the sun is shining. There is also the possibility to store bicycles and charge e-bikes. Behind the house is a completely fenced garden area. In total, there is 465m² of outdoor space available.
The occupancy of the holiday home is limited to 4 persons and is suitable for couples, families with children from 3 years (no stair gate available) and business travellers. Smoking is not permitted in the Rhapsody holiday home. There are enough possibilities for this in the outdoor area

The holiday home is located in a traffic-calmed street (cul-de-sac) in the north of the city of Oldenburg in the beautiful, quiet district of Ofenerdiek. The exact address will be given at the time of booking. A bus stop (line 304) is 450m away. This bus line takes you directly to the city centre. By car, you can reach the centre (pedestrian zone) of Oldenburg after 7 km. There are many things to explore here. Oldenburg Castle with its beautiful castle garden, museums, theatres and much more. A beautiful pedestrian zone invites you to shop extensively, eat well or have brunch.
Excursions: Good starting point for extensive bicycle tours within Oldenburg or into the surrounding area, such as the nearby Ammerland, the residential town of Rastede or the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away. A pharmacy is 1.7 km away. Doctors' surgeries, restaurants, a bakery and other shopping facilities are within a radius of 2 km. Would you like to go to the sea? In only 30 minutes you are in Dangast, in 40 minutes in Hooksiel...If you want to make a day trip to an East Frisian island, you would be at the ferry pier in about 1 hour.

There are many possibilities for leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. A few possibilities are climbing park, bouldering, water skiing in the nearby beach club Nethen (15 min by car), standup paddling, Escape Room, laser tag arena, swing golf, black light bowling, black light mini golf or football golf and much more. In the summer months you can go canoeing on the Hunte (also guided). Very popular with children is, for example, the "Dschungelboot" (indoor playground), the "Jaderpark", a zoo and amusement park 19 km away, or the animal and amusement park Thülsfelde, which can be reached by car in about 54 minutes. A visit to the Thüle Animal and Leisure Park can also be wonderfully combined with a visit to the Thülsfeld Dam. The next largest city, Bremen, is 58 km away. Bremerhaven 65 km.

It doesn't get any better than this!
A newly furnished holiday home with lots of space and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! Everything is tip-top clean!!! The large bedroom with comfortable double bed under the skylight and the cosy living room are great! Well-kept garden! Very committed and friendly landlord! We will come again!
