LAYOUT OF THE VILLA
Spacious living room with gas heater, flat screen smart TV (including Netflix) and spacious seating area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer compartment and ice maker, 6-burner gas stove and combi oven. The dining area has a 10-seater dining table. The patio doors give access to the terrace. The ground floor has underfloor heating. Hall with wardrobe and separate toilet.

In total there are 5 bedrooms. Perfect for families with children (up to 10 people and 2 small children under 3 years old).
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double box spring (180cm) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Two with a double box spring (180cm) and private sink, one bedroom with two single beds (90cm, possibility to slide together) and sink and one bedroom with a double box spring (140cm).
On the first floor is a large bathroom with bath (whirlpool), separate shower, double sink, washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA AND PLAY ROOM
Enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool with jet stream and the Finnish sauna. There is also a shower here.
In the basement is a nice playroom for the kids with Smart TV, Xbox, toys and a second fridge.
GARDEN AND PATIO
Directly accessible from the living room you reach the veranda with various sun beds, garden furniture and an electric barbecue. In the area around the villa you will find a sheltered dune valley where you can sunbathe in privacy. The children have also been thought of, there is a trampoline and play equipment with swings and slide!
