Please note that this is a non-smoking flat, which is also pet-free. Our newly renovated 50sqm flat is located on the 14th floor and thus offers a beautiful view (see pictures!). You can enjoy the view of nature from the living as well as the dining area through our large panoramic windows while you make yourself comfortable. Our flat consists of: Kitchen with oven, refrigerator incl. freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker Living-dining room with dining table for 4 persons, sofa [&] armchair, flat screen TV, free WLAN and telephone 1 x bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe (2 pers.) 1 x bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe (2 pers.) Bathroom with shower-bathtub, washbasin and towel heater (see photos - also freshly renovated) Hallway with wardrobe Balcony Garden furniture and cushions for 4 persons You are welcome to rent bed linen and towels for an additional charge.
