Our holiday homes in Sellin on the island of Rügen, newly opened in May 2011, offer you space, style, luxury, peace and idyll in a beautiful location.
The "Gutshofhäuser Antje, Jule, Thomas & Nils" are holiday homes with high-quality furnishings, located in a traffic-calmed zone below Wilhelmstrasse and only a few metres from the beach and the famous pier.
Our "Gutshofhäuser" are comfortably and modernly furnished and offer you the highest level of comfort and service, so that you will feel at home during your holiday at the Baltic Sea
"Our houses are equipped with a sauna, wood-burning stove and free wi-fi internet. Furthermore, our small children's playground is waiting for your visit. Our houses offer a light-flooded living area on the ground floor for 2-6 persons,a kitchen with dining area as well as a utility room and WC with ground-level access. On the upper floor you will find a huge bathroom with sauna, ground-level XXL shower, WC, corner bathtub and 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the attic 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Your four-legged friends are very welcome in our holiday homes.

Location and surroundings of object
Our estate houses are centrally located in the Baltic seaside resort of Sellin, which is part of the South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve. There is direct access to the south beach (approx. 600 m away), it is only a few metres to the "Rasender Roland" tram, and it is about 5 minutes to Wilhelmstraße with the seaside villas and the pier (the landmark of Sellin), from here the excursion boats to the chalk coast as well as to the surrounding Baltic resorts of Binz and Göhren also start.
Doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket) and regional public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Numerous hiking and cycling trails, also in the immediate vicinity, invite you to discover the surrounding area. There is a local public transport bus stop only about 150 metres away. The leisure pool "Inselparadies" (open all year) is about 2 minutes away from us.
Sellin is the second largest Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen. It is located on the southeast coast of Rügen and has a special landmark in the form of the pier, which was reopened in 1998. The more than 300-metre-long bridge with its imposing bridge building extends into the Baltic Sea on the shore of the main beach. The so-called ladder to heaven leads from Wilhelmstraße down to the beach. From there you can start wonderful walks in the direction of Binz or Mönchgut.
With Wilhelmstraße, Sellin certainly has one of the most beautiful streets on the island of Rügen to offer. Magnificent houses in the proud spa architecture line your path to the left and right.

Traumhaftes Haus
Haben mit der ganzen Familie eine traumhafte Woche im Herbst in dem Haus Antje verbracht.
Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht.
Ganz besonders hat uns gefallen das es sich hierbei um ein all inklusiv Angebot handelt, so das keine weiteren Kosten auf einen zu kommen.
Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen, insbesondere ist auch hier der Wellnesbereich zu erwähnen.
Es ist einfach für alle Altersgruppen weiter zu empfehlen.
Enkelkind, Kinder und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
