Description
Our 89 m2 Casa MEZAMIS in classic Spanish style is located with its own free parking space on a fenced, lockable property in a quiet one-way street. A beautiful pool is also available on the grounds of the Comunity and is used exclusively by residents and guests of the resort. Also on the grounds of the Comunity is another free parking space for larger vehicles.
The vacation home MEZAMIS can comfortably accommodate 4 people. A large terrace with direct access to the generously designed bright living, dining area and an open kitchen. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and everything you need as a self-caterer or do not want to miss on vacation.
There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor
The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating, so that even a stay in the winter months is possible
The large terrace invites you to have a cozy breakfast or BBQ or just to sunbathe. The terrace is equipped with a shade that can be closed or opened with simple actions to enjoy the afternoon or evening sun.
The windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets and on the ground floor with pretty window grills. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with walk-in and rain shower. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and the master bedroom also has a balcony with awning. Also here of course with mosquito sliding door. On the second floor is again a sun terrace with appropriate shading as before and a cozy winter garden with a lounge
WIFI and SAT-TV with German programs are self-evident.
Seat furniture cushions, beach towels, towels and bed linen are also available free of charge and do not have to be brought extra.

Our Casa MEZAMIS is located in a community of vacation homes in classic Spanish-Andalusian style around a pool close to the center of La Marina
In about 0.5 km you can walk to a large supermarket, restaurants, bars, opticians and the health center Centro Salud, an information point and the bus stop
In a few minutes drive you reach the Urbanisazion La Marina with even more supermarkets, stores, opticians, restaurants and at the end of the village a gas station with car wash and much more.
Also in a few minutes drive you reach at the N332 next to Mercadona Aldi, Lidl, Burger King, restaurants and much more. On Saturdays the weekly market takes place there as well as in the Urbanizacion La Marina on Thursday mornings
The several kilometers long fine golden sandy beach of La Marina protected by dunes with pine forests can be reached in a few minutes drive and is about 5 km away and is located between the beaches El Pinet, Les Pesqueres and El Rebollo
It offers ample free parking. The sandy beach with a width of 35 m and crystal clear water slopes gently into the water and is awarded the Blue Flag every year. In the summer months usually from mid-June to mid-September is guarded by lifeguards, so that even families with small children can swim safely
Our region offers so many recreational opportunities, to enumerate them would go beyond our possibilities. Therefore more info under:
Alicante airport is about 28 km away and can be reached via the N332
also Alicante City in about 34 km is absolutely worth seeing and for us an absolute must.
Shopping malls are located along the N332 such as La Zenia Boulevard, Habaneras in Torrevieja, Gran Alacant or in Elche the Aljub shopping center
GO-Karts San Fulgencio Racing Center is also located along the N332.
The 18 hole golf course La Marqueza Golf (known as Club de Golf Quesada) is 12 km away.

Highly recommended
We have been there now for the 2nd time. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The service is also good. There really is everything that a family with children needs. What should one write, we will come back and also recommend it.
