The flat is newly built and finished in December 2010
Wooden ceilings, wooden doors and furniture guarantee a cosy atmosphere
W-Lan internet connection for free use, flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom guarantee connection to the business and information world.
Laminate flooring is laid in the living areas, otherwise tiles. The entire furnishing is functional but harmoniously put together.
In the colder seasons, underfloor heating and normal radiators (all individually adjustable for each room) provide a pleasant indoor climate.
For self-catering, there is an oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment!
In the living room, patio doors provide light and visual space! In summer, garden furniture is available for use on the terraces! All windows and the patio doors have roller shutters, which can be operated electrically. Mattresses, beds, bed linen and towels are all new.

This holiday flat was built separately as an extension/guest house to a detached house with its own entrance and garden seating in spring/summer 2010. It is a non-smoking flat!
It is located in the countryside and yet in the capital city of Berlin, within 10 - 20 minutes you can reach the centre by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus.
The bus stops are in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
There is a parking space for you on the street in front of the flat. We rent an inexpensive, comfortable holiday flat in Berlin-Reinickendorf for Berlin tourists, Berling guests with families. This holiday flat offers you two rooms with shower and toilet, two terraces, which you can use to your heart's content. Relax and unwind with us and enjoy your holiday in our house with Karin.
