The Mülheimhaus is a cosily furnished half-timbered house with garden and stream. 130 sqm living space, fully equipped kitchen, living, dining and bedroom, tiled stove, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, garden furniture, barbecue and parking space.
The Mülheimhaus is located in the heart of Mülheim, a district of the town of Blankenheim on the Ahr, in the northern Eifel. Central and quiet. In the nice months, the 300 sqm garden with stream and southern exposure becomes an open-air living room.
The house is stylishly furnished. It is cosy for two and sociable for friends or family. It has 4 separate bedrooms (2 double, 2 single) and a sofa bed in the living room. The downstairs bedroom leads out into the garden. The dining room with tiled stove quickly becomes the meeting point of the house.
The Mülheimhaus is an ideal starting point for day trips to the Eifel or the High Fens.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is centrally and quietly located in the valley of Blankenheim-Mülheim. The 300 sqm garden faces south and has a stream. Mülheim is a small village without through traffic.
Nearby are the Freilinger Lake, the Nürburgring, the Ahrttal cycle path, forest nature trails, Eifel National Park, Vulkaneifel, Bad Münstereifel, Hellenthal visitor mine, the High Fens.
Nearest motorway access: A1, Blankenheim approx. 4 km
Cologne can be reached via the A1 in approx. 1 hour, Aachen 80 km, Trier 100 km.
Only 2 km away are various supermarkets and a 24/7 petrol station, where you can also get good fresh bread rolls on Sunday mornings. The supermarkets are all open until at least 8 pm.
The village of Mülheim lies in a valley, to Blankenheim you have to cross the mountain. The village is small and has no through traffic.
You can start hiking or cycling tours directly from the house. Half-day or day trips to the Eifel are possible by car. (Tips for excursions on our website: mü).

| The rental price per day in the low season is 80,- EURO, with max. 4 persons. Each additional person costs 10,- Euro per night. Cosy half-timbered house to rest in
We spent a relaxing weekend with 4 friends
The house is tastefully furnished so that you immediately feel at home. Especially the bedroom downstairs with the super view was our favourite (not to be seen on the pictures)
The landlord was very nice and accommodating
Except for a few small things, the house was clean
However, it has to be said that the kitchen is a bit outdated and the equipment is limited to the most necessary
The location of the house is great. You can relax undisturbed in the garden
There are great hiking trails and nature nearby. In addition, you can reach shops for shopping in a few minutes by car
We would definitely come again!

Sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit viel Atmosphäre

Vicinity of the holiday home: Vorteile waren, dass man direkt im Ort schöne Wanderwege nehmen kann, man benötigt kein Auto. Ebenfalls vorteilhaft, dass nur wenige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind.
free time activities: Mit dem Auto ist man schnell zu div. Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren.
