A few kilometres from the municipality of Urshult lies this dreamlike property with direct waterfront location in a light birch forest. Lake Åsnen is only 50 m below the holiday home. You will hardly find a better location for your next holiday in Sweden. The house ES1 is only a few metres away. These holiday homes are perfect for a joint family trip with several parties.
Through continuous glass fronts you constantly have the feeling of being outside in nature. With a bit of luck, you can watch deer and elk from the cottage in the morning. An incredibly beautiful house with a modern design!
From the living room, the large terrace, and of course from the garden, you have a lake view at all times.
Behind the house is a large garden with barbecue area.
The house can accommodate 7 persons (normal occupancy 5 persons)
There are three bedrooms in the house. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed.
Additional sleeping space is provided by a small annex in the style of the house with a double bed (1.2m wide). There is also a second bathroom with shower.
The main house has 70m², the annex just under 15m² of living space. A forest path leads directly from the terrace down to the lake and the jetty with bathing ladder.
Here, if desired, up to 2 modern aluminium rowing boats with 5 hp motors are ready for you for fishing and boat trips (package 1)
