The Jan holiday complex was built in 2004. There are 6 holiday flats for 2 to 5 people in the 2 holiday houses. The large holiday flats have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher. 1 additional bed per unit is possible.
The furnishings of the holiday flats are of medium standard and they are classically and functionally furnished. The holiday flats are particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy the countryside and appreciate peace and quiet
Our petting zoo with donkeys, ponies, goats, rabbits and birds is not only enjoyed by our younger guests. The guests of the holiday flats can also use the water sports offers of the kite sports school in Sal (3 km), which, like a bicycle rental, is directly on site.
Neuendorf is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling tours and excursions. The harbour in the village offers additional opportunities for leisure activities on the water. Guest moorings are very welcome. The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula can be reached in a few minutes by car or by ferry (bicycle transport) between Bodstedt and Born. Those who like it a bit more sporty can explore the peninsula on the well-developed international cycle path, which passes Neuendorf. Many people do without a car altogether and spend a sporty cycling holiday.
On the fine sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea you will find the right bathing area for everyone, whether it is a dog beach, a textile beach or a nudist beach - everything is within easy reach.
For fishing enthusiasts, there is a 10 hp licence-free fishing and leisure boat in the harbour 300 m away. You need a tourist fishing licence for fishing.

Location and surroundings of object
The resort is located directly on the bay of the Baltic Sea Cycle Route Fishland darss Zingst. In 200 m distance to the harbor and ferry with Badsstelle is the Born Neuendorf is a small, quiet town on the southern coast of the Saal Bodden between Barth and Ribnitz - Damgarten. The village has two small harbors and bathing. Nature is intact and is ideal for hiking and cycling.

From September - October you can watch the cranes in the fields. It is a special experience when the cranes fly over the facility in the morning and evening.
