Villa Rossa is a completely new villa that was completed in June 2020! We invite you to be one of our first guests in this beautiful villa with heated pool. Villa Rossa was designed to offer comfort in a contemporary design. It is perfect for eight guests. If you are looking for a quiet place near the coast and are looking for something new and modern, Villa Rossa is the perfect choice for you. The villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor has an open plan living area and a sleeping area on the first floor, where you will find three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. When you enter the house, you will be greeted by a large entrance. From the entrance area one door leads to a spacious storage room and the other to a guest toilet with washing machine. Third is the entrance to a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and lounge. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essential kitchen utensils you need to prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. In the kitchen you will find the following appliances: Induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, water heater, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster. In the middle of the room there is a nice dining table for eight people, on the other side of the room there is a large, comfortable leather sofa waiting for you. If required, it can be prepared as an extra bed for two people. From all corners of the living area you can watch 55 inch TV. Both windows in the room overlook a terrace with pool. On the terrace by the pool you will find a shady sitting area to enjoy hot summer days. Six deck chairs and a table for eight people are prepared for you. If you like to barbecue, the Weber grill is at your disposal. All three bedrooms are on the first floor and offer a view of the beautiful green nature and the sea in the distance. At night you can see the night lights of Crikvenica. All three bedrooms are equipped with their own air conditioning and most importantly, very good beds with Swiss Serta mattresses that will give you a good sleep. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. Two of them are also equipped with a 42-inch television. Bed linen and towels are at your disposal. For your comfort, all living and bedrooms are air-conditioned and have electric shutters. The house is also equipped with an internet connection. If you want to come early in spring or late in autumn, Villa Rossa is equipped with underfloor heating and a heated pool. You can park three cars next to the house and if you are on holiday in a larger group, Villa Rossa is perfect for you. It is designed as a separate house, only a small part of it is connected to a neighbouring villa called Terra. Villa Terra is similar to Villa Rossa and can accommodate up to eight people. Designed as described, it offers enough privacy for everyone in the group as well as enough space to spend your holidays together.

Villa Dani is located in the small and relaxed village of Hlapa on the island of Krk. Beaches and towns are 2500 m away from the villa. Close enough for easy access, but far enough for you to rest in peace. In addition to swimming in the crystal clear sea, you can also hike in the surrounding area on well-maintained vineyard trails. Within 15 km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes from these areas
