It is located between Hospitalet de l'Infant and Miami Playa (Pino Alto), 200m from Cristal beach and 200m from Platja Punta del Riu beach. The vacation home has everything a vacation heart desires. The special feature of this villa is that it has two apartments, each for 4 people. One apartment is located downstairs with separate staircase, one upstairs also with separate staircase. It can be rented as a whole for a large family or friends or separately.

Both apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living-dining room with flat screen TV and HDMI connection and a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. For pure relaxation invites a spacious terrace with direct access to the pool and outdoor shower. Another highlight is the large balcony with sensational panoramic views of the mountains and sea. Within walking distance you can find several supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You can park in the same street or on the property.

The pool villa Michielle is located only about 3 minutes walk from the sea. There are long sandy beaches like the Platja Cristal and also a few minutes walk to the beach Paltja Punta del Riu.
The house is located in Pino Alto a small urbanicion that belongs to Miami Playa but also already borders directly to Hospitalet del Infant
It is a coastal town in the northeast of Spain in Catalonia. It is one of the most important tourist centers of the Costa Dorada and is located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast 130 km south of Barcelona. You can expect long, quiet and well-kept fine sandy beaches, and many small romantic bays, it also offers enough opportunities for active vacationers, such as:surfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, tennis, squash, horseback riding, golf, mountain biking, mini golf or sightseeing.
Port Aventura, a very big amusement park, about 20 km from Hospitalet del Infant. You can reach the park very easily by bus and train. The park allows fun and games for the whole family
30 km from Tarragona if you are a lover of culture and history, and about 50 km from the Delta del Ebro if you like nature
Here you will find everything like a beach promande (Playa Cristal) as well as a small idyllic city center streetcar, to stroll, shop or just to sit in one of the countless cafes and watch the hustle and bustle.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 34 bis 15 Tage vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Mietpreises, Rücktritt 14 Tage bis zum Mietbeginn 90 % des Mietpreises. Die nicht zu erstattenden 10 % des Mietpreises sind für nicht entstandene Kosten für Wasser, Strom etc. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung, welche Sie in jedem Reisebüro abschließen können. Grundlage für die Berechnung der Rücktrittskosten ist das Datum des Posteingangs oder E-Mail-Eingangs beim Hausbesitzer oder seinem Bevollmächtigten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, daß der Mieter einen Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen stellt. In diesem Fall entfallen die Rücktrittsgebühren für den Zeitraum der Weitervermietung und es wird lediglich eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € erhoben. Bereits geleistete Anzahlungen muß der Mieter mit dem Ersatzmieter verrechnen. b.) Stornierung oder Rücktritt bei einer Pandemie: Bei einer Grenzschließung von seitens der spanischen Regierung erhalten Sie Ihre Anzahlung unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100,00 € zurück. In allen anderen Fällen z. B. wegen einer Reisewarnung eines Landes außerhalb Spaniens, sowie persönlicher Angst oder nicht ausreichend geimpft sein eines Mitreisenden, gelten die obigen Rücktritts- und Stornobedingungen.
