The apartment belongs to Niels and Erwin. Niels is a chiropractor and Erwin is an interior designer who furnished luxury apartments on the Costa del Sol from 2008 to 2018. The migration to the region continued and since last year they are the proud owners of Luga Hermosa, which of course was decorated by Erwin. Besides Andalusia, the couple has lost its heart to Thailand, where they own a house in Khao Lak.

Luga Hermosa is a tastefully furnished and very bright corner apartment
Layout:
- Living room with sitting and dining area. Large windows and sliding doors to one of the balconies with sitting/lounging area and a (dining) table with 4 comfortable (relaxing) armchairs. From this balcony you have sea and mountain views to the south and east.
- Fully equipped luxury open kitchen with appliances such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. There is more than enough crockery available.
- Spacious master bedroom with a luxurious 160x200 box-spring bed, built-in wardrobes, an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet and a door to the second south-west balcony with nice seating. From this balcony you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool surrounded by lots of greenery.
- Second bedroom with again a luxurious 160x200 boxspring bed, which can also be used as two single beds (80x200) and built-in wardrobes.
- Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror.
From the large balcony in front of the living room you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Unesco protected nature reserve around La Mairena. Here you can start the day with a delicious breakfast and a breathtakingly beautiful sunrise, while in the evening you can dine outside for a long time and enjoy the reflection of the setting sun on the waters of the Mediterranean and all the lights of the coastal towns .
The second balcony of the master bedroom is located on the southwest and is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening.
From the apartment you walk down a staircase through the garden and under beautiful old cork oaks to the swimming pool. In the garden around the pool there are sun loungers, tables, umbrellas and outdoor showers.
The apartment offers you the following amenities and facilities:
