The villa has 12 beds as well as an outside table that can accommodate 12 people, but the table in the living room can only accommodate 10 people.

A feeling of escape when you wake up with this sea view, you will have breakfast on the terrace in the sun, where you will be tempted by all the activities: padell, swimming, ping-pong, biking, coastal path, (boat, water-ski, windsurfing, wake...), or lying on a deckchair or sitting on the armchairs where you will recharge your batteries!
You will escape during the dinner or the aperitif on the terrace dominating the sea with a breathtaking and paradisiacal view of the sunset on the bay of Toulon and Saint Mandrier.
A remarkable location depending on the wind you will find a beach East or West to shelter you and swim
Five minutes from the beach of Bergerie and Badine by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the East tombolo, the shallow waters allow for easy and safe swimming in front of the Iles d'Or. Ideal for swimming because the bottom is shallow for 200 to 300 meters
Five minutes from the beach of Almanarre. This 5 km long beach is located along the West tombolo. Recognized as the kitesurfing spot of the French Riviera. An area exclusively reserved for the practice of kitesurfing. A school next to our villa, where you can take lessons for beginners, advanced or simply a wake ride. This school also offers diving lessons, snorkeling lessons and yoga lessons!
We have two paddle boats at your disposal, but next to our villa, you can rent a canoe, pedal boat, paddle, or take a kayak ride.
Discover the Golden Islands, three pearls of beauty: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant.
Embarkation at five minutes by car at the "Tour Fondue" for a 15 minutes crossing. You can also rent or come with a boat, enjoy all these beautiful coves of the Presqu'île and the beaches of Porquerolles
For hiking lovers, the coastal path offers 18 km of walking where you can see a succession of islets, coves, beaches and small ports.
And to finish, you will discover the city of Hyères, its heritage, cultural and natural treasures. You will stroll through the old town and its narrow streets full of artisanal products.

We have decided to rent them out to share the happiness we have in each of them. Presqu'île de Giens. For me the most beautiful place in France. The sea offers us fishes of colors these last years with the warming of the water. We love to swim with them at the end of the peninsula! By paddle, canoe or boat you will find surprising creeks with small caves .. The walks along the coastal path offer indescribable views. The small village of Giens offers a panoramic view of an infinite sea.. The island of Re, a small corner of paradise in every season where the change of scenery is assured! Its wild beaches, surfing. The bicycle is undoubtedly the best way to travel around the Ile de Ré, to stop where and when you want! Along the 138km of trails between coastline, vineyards, alleys and salt marshes, no doubt you will cross memorable landscapes! L'Alpe d'Huez, we fell in love with this resort which is the sunniest one in France! Moreover it is nicknamed the sunny island because it is located above a layer of clouds and always seems to be bathed in sunshine. The resort offers 2000 meters of vertical drop and 250 km of slopes... The Sarenne is the longest black run of the largest ski area with 16km known worldwide. Today Alpe d'Huez offers pleasure every season with the possibility to rent electric bikes easily to discover sublime landscapes for hiking! Known for its 21 turns over 14 km, Alpe d'Huez became famous thanks to the Tour de France.
