The house is located in the small village of Kronsgaard, which is characterised by numerous holiday homes, but also by families who live here permanently. The Schleistadt Kappeln with its numerous shopping opportunities or the idyllic nature reserve Geltinger Birk are both only 7 kilometres away.
The bright and modern furnished holiday home (116 sqm living space, suitable for 2-4 pers., 4-star, DTV tested)) scores not only with its comprehensive furnishings, but also with a beautiful outdoor area. The 450 sqm lovingly landscaped cottage garden has beautiful perennial beds, box hedges, countless climbing roses and a romantic rose pavilion. The sunny south-facing terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. There is also a carport and a lockable shed where bicycles or sports equipment can be safely stored
Inside, there is a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and cooker with oven...perfect for preparing a family meal. The comfortable dining area with seating for 6 invites you to linger, as does the cosy living area with its snug seating set. A large flat-screen TV, internet stick on request, DVD, CD music system and a comprehensive collection of books entertain the guest, and if the weather is not quite so nice, then the crackling fireplace. (Firewood can be used on site for EUR 5/basket). The holiday home has two separate bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with a wardrobe, a clothes chair and one double bed (180 x200) as well as two single beds (90x200) suitable for senior citizens. Another small reading room serves as a retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. The stylish full bathroom has a shower/tub/WC and plenty of storage space. The house also has a second guest bathroom on the ground floor, so that you don't get in each other's way even in the morning when the house is fully occupied.
The entire house has light-coloured laminate flooring or easy-care tiles and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it ideal for families with small children
A child/baby equipment consisting of a travel cot, high chair and toilet attachment can be provided free of charge upon request
The overnight price includes a linen set consisting of 1 x bed linen and 3 towels per person. Change of linen on request for a fee, non-smokers, year-round rental
