Our red holiday home in Sweden briefly explained:
* 50m² house for up to 4 persons, only approx. 50m from the Long Lake
* Spacious green property at the edge of the forest with watercourse
* Bedroom with comfortable bed (1,6m x 2,0m ) for 2 adults
* Sofa bed (1,4m x 2,0m) for 2 persons in the living room
* Living room with cosy fireplace and dining table for 4 persons
* Well-equipped kitchen with small kitchen table for 2 persons
* Modern bathroom with shower; sauna can be booked separately
* Covered terrace with sitting area, barbecue and access to living room
* Annexe with sauna and additional bedroom
* Water, 100kWh electricity & 2 Ikea bags of wood are included in the rental price
* Pets are welcome in our red cottage!
* Rowing boat and fishing permit for the Lange See included
The holiday home has the following appliances & accessories:
* Living room: Large TV with German channels, DVD
* Washing machine, electric cooker with 4 rings, refrigerator and freezer
* Microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots etc
* Bicycles for hire, rowing boat included in the rental price
The following extras are available on request:
* Bed linen for rent (50 SEK per person per week)
* Towels for rent (50 SEK per person per week)
* Quiet, electric boat motor for rent for 750 SEK per week
* Internet in the form of wireless LAN via 3G/4G from 100 SEK per week
All our houses are well suited for a fishing holiday in Sweden. A fishing permit for the Long Lake (approx. 50 metres from the red summer house) and a rowing boat are already included in the rental price for all houses. In addition, we are happy to lend you the appropriate motor for the boat for approx. 75EUR per week. Whether pike fishing, zander fishing or perch fishing - we have the right lakes for you. We are a group of family, friends and acquaintances in Småland who have joined forces to rent out their holiday homes on our own. As the German in the otherwise Swedish family, I take care of the marketing of the holiday homes of the rest of the family and our friends. Of course, everything has to be in order, so I act as an intermediary, the rental contract is concluded with the respective house owner who also looks after you on site.
