This great family finca is located in a rural setting, about 6.5km from Felanitx and 11.5km from Manacor, where you can do your shopping and discover the typical restaurants. The vacation home is located on a 24,000m2 plot with lawn and plenty of space for the whole family. The finca offers a total of about 220m² of living space, which extends over 2 floors. It is fully equipped and has 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, as well as internet (W-LAN). Ground floor Relax on the sofas with satellite TV and DVD in the living room or enjoy cozy hours on the armchairs by the fireplace on cooler days. The kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.. Furthermore, the house has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Here are four of the bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.80m) 1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.50m x 1.90m) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 0.90m x 1.80m) 1 open bedroom with access via a wooden ladder from the living room; with 3 single beds (each 0.90m x 1.90m). 2 bathrooms with shower. First floor / annex In the newly built living floor of the family finca is another living room as a private retreat available. Also located here: 1 bedroom with 1 bed (1.60m x 1.95m) 1 bedroom with 1 bed (0.90m x 1.90m) 1 bathroom with shower and as a highlight to relax a sauna. For the little ones there is a garden with lawn and swings. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private salt water pool with a length of 8.00m x 4.00m and a depth of 1.20m - 1.70m or relax on one of the 7 sun loungers under one of the umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower. You can spend the nights on the covered terrace, enjoy a barbecue (charcoal/firewood) or relax in the chill out area. There is a table tennis table for small family tournaments and an outdoor dining area for the whole family. Next to it is a wood-burning stove, so your cooking ideas can be carried out here indefinitely. Furthermore, there are pool towels, three fans for the hottest days, as well as parking and a safe in the house.
