“Villa La Rodina” is a comfortable vacation villa, composed of 2 apartments: one on the ground floor, one on the first floor. They were entirely renovated and redecorated in 2022.
Each apartment can sleep up to 6 people, so the maximum capacity is 12 guests.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 sofa bed double, in living rooms.
Perfect for large families or groups of friends.
Each apartment has an independent entrance, but they can be connected by an internal spiral staircase (which allows you to go down or up without having to go outside). At the top of this internal staircase, a door with a lock allows you to divide the two floors.
The villa is for exclusive use, ideal for a relaxing outdoors holiday .
The garden is equipped with a wood-burning/charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue; chairs, loungers, and a large table for the entire group to eat al fresco.
(Please note that, inside, there is not a large table for 8-12 people: each apartment has a dining table for 6 people).
In total, the villa is composed of:
- 2 double bedrooms.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (that can be joined together to form double beds).
- 2 bathrooms.
- 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms (each with sofa bed double).
Air conditioning is ONLY in the 2 bedrooms upstairs, on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor does NOT have air conditioning.
Private parking area, with electric gate, next to the property (for 2 cars – 3 depending on the size).
The living rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, with Italian DTV and some international channels. Free Wi-Fi.
Comfortable vacation villa, with garden, barbecue, external area with loungers and table, balcony.
The villa is composed of two apartments, both with independent entrance. The apartments can be connected with an internal spiral staircase.

- 1 bedroom with double bed (on request, this can be split in two single beds).
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to forma a double bed).
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- Large living room with kitchen, with access to garden. With dining table for 6 people, oven, dishwasher, cooktop. Sofa bed double, TV.
First floor apartment:
- Accessible from the internal staircase, or separately from an independent main door (there is a flight of stairs outside and inside).
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to forma a double bed). This room has an exit to balcony.
- Bathroom with shower and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tun. Washing machine. The bathroom has 2 doors: you can access the bathroom from the double bedroom and the living room.
- Living room with table and chairs, sofa bed double, TV.
- Kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, exit to balcony.
- Long balcony with small table and chairs, sun-awning.

Location of VILLA LA RODINA: the villa is a flat area, between the towns of Diano Marina and San Bartolomeo al Mare. The city centers are located approximately 1km away. The pedestrian area of Diano Marina is 1,3 km away, flat. The seafront of San Bartolomeo is 800m away.
The beaches can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
The closest beach establishment (private beach): 800 meters. The distance can be shortened, crossing the dismissed railway: this way, the beaches are about 500 meters away from the villa.
Train station of Diano: 1,9 km. Highway exit “San Bartolomeo al Mare”: 2,5 km.
Padel fields: 500 m away.

Dogs are welcome, as long as they are not left alone and unattended, and as long as they do not damage the property and furniture. The garden is fenced, however the homeowners are not held responsible for any problem regarding this matter.
