The Holiday home

The new house is south facing and sits in its own fruit orchard and is on three levels. On the first level is a living room consisting of an open plan kitchen/ dining area with further seating area and a guest toilet with shower. The lower leverl contains two doble size bedrooms with a seperate bathroom. The upper level offers a large relax area with toilet. Outside there is a full lenght shady terrace leading to a swimming pool of some 10 x 4 meters surrounded by grass lawns. In addition a purpose built BBQ with its own seating area. Parking: A secure gated parking area for two cars.

Location and surroundings of object

From Malaga airport you reach Nerja & the villa by the new highway in aprox 50 min. The property enjoys easy access. Nerja Center and beaches are 5 mins by car and 30 min walking. (3 km to Nerja Center / Balcon de Europa ) There is also a regular bus service (not Sundays ). A stop being 100 m from the house. Next Supermarket : 1,5 km The Arabs called it 'Narixa' or 'Narija' (abundant fountain) and this location is settled on a magnificent natural spot on the spurs of the Almijara mountain range. Its tropical landscape marked out by plantations of sugar cane, offers on the other hand in its nearby mountains a great deal of small and big game. Its charming popular architecture with the white walls dotted with flowers, oozes Andalusia flavour and it is in harmony with the marvellous view we can admire from the 'Balcon de Europa' situated on a cliff. Nerja also boasts a lively nightlife bases upon typical restaurants, discos, music cafes, flamenco clubs, the well as shops with articles for all tastes. And we have to mention perhaps the most important : 'The Cave of Nerja' - National Monument, is a rocky formation of crystalline dolomites with more than years of age, and one of the oldest deposits of the Solutrean culture in Southern Spain.
