The living room (26m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with an electric cooker, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, coffee and tee- pot, a dishwasher and a toaster ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofas and a wardrobe. with satelitte; washmachine.
The bedroom with a doublebed and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview.
The bedroom with twin beds has the hillview. Funs free. Air-co in option
The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall.
The terrace (18m2) is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs , and deckchairs.
Towels are changed on every 2 days, sheets once the week.

Location and surroundings of object
White houses, on a level, with an area of 64 m2 : each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.
The sandy beach is at 300 m
The island is very green and is well ventilated.
The city of Kos is a real archeologic area till the Asclepeion site. Diversified landscapes from the seaside to the mountain of Dikeos (846m), from the long sandbeaches of Kefalos to the very wild end part of the island (Aghios Theologos) are nice excursions for every day. Escape to the other islands of Kalymnos (island of the spongers), Nyssiros (island of the vulcano), Bodrum (the little St Tropez of the turkish coast).
Rhodos and Patmos can be reached by high speed catamarans in 2 hours of voyage (must overnight) .
The villas are located at 2km from the quiet village of Mastihari where you find all the shops (supermarkets, international newspapers, laundry and iron, car and bicycles or motos rental, ). In the summertime, there are also some market gardeners on the way to Kos city. In the hotel Horizon Beach Resort at 200m you have also some little shops , a small supermarket, a Spa and a hairdresser. Watersport spot (kitesurfing, paddle, ) Tennis.

Beautiful and quiet villa
there were two of us in the villa and we felt very comfortable, given the facilities,
Service and cleanliness there is nothing to complain about, everything was good, we enjoyed our wine every evening on the beautiful terrace. There were plenty of fresh towels.
The 5 villas are not so close to each other, so you have a lot of space,
and also quiet. We had a car, and you can get everywhere pretty quickly from the location of the villas in all directions. We had a very nice
Holiday on Kos, and can only recommend these houses (villa)

Villa Kos - a dream accommodation
The location of Villa Kos is perfect. You have a lot of peace and quiet and yet you are not far from the beach, shopping facilities and good tavernas. The sunsets from the private garden are unique. The bungalows are lovingly decorated and the garden is super nice. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will come again.

It was very beautiful.
The Stephanidis couple welcomed us as if we were old friends. We enjoyed the family atmosphere, the comfort of the apartment, and the excellent service.
The garden invited us to dream and relax. The nearby shopping options and the use of the facilities at Hotel Horizon (swimming pool and sea) were the icing on the cake.
We also learned to appreciate the proverbial hospitality of the Greeks in the nearby taverns.
Goodbye Villa Kos.
