The vacation home 'Sunset' is located on the outskirts of Bale just a few minutes walk from the medieval old town. The house offers with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a living area of 120 m² plenty of space for up to 6 people.
The spacious living room and the well-equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 people are located on the first floor of the house, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom shower / toilet. The two other bedrooms are located together with 2 bathrooms (1 x shower/WC, 1 x bathtub/WC) on the second floor.
The old town of Bale as well as restaurants, bars and stores are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. To the beaches of San Polo and Colone you can reach by bike or by car within a few minutes.

Location and surroundings of object
Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, the beautiful Istrian town of Bale sits enthroned on a karst plateau between Rovinj and Pula. It is only six kilometers to the coast with its beautiful beaches and crystal clear water.
In the narrow cobbled streets of the town, time seems to stand still, the old walls tell stories of times long past. Bale has preserved the originality of its over 2000-year history. In this atmosphere you can escape from the fast pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the peace and serenity of the place.
Despite the fact that Bale has only about 1300 inhabitants, it offers an excellent infrastructure. There is a small supermarket with a butcher's shop and a bakery, as well as other shopping facilities, a post office, a bank and ATMs
Let yourself be surprised by the offers of the local konobas and taste local top class olive oils
The nearby beaches of San Polo and Colone are among the most beautiful in Istria. Even in high season, they are not crowded and invite you to swim and snorkel.
Bale is also an excellent starting point for excursions, cycling and hiking tours.
