Not far from the sandy beaches, it is suitable for a family or for couples of friends who want to make a base at the sea and move easily by car to visit the tourist destinations of the area. External Description Villa Anthea is located within a large property entirely surrounded by a garden of palm trees, olive trees, flowers and flower beds. It offers a large private pool equipped with a solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, deck chairs and outdoor shower.
A mini soccer field is located near the pool area. An elegant terrace furnished with outdoor lounge, dining table and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Reserved parking space. Interior Description Inside the villa boasts refined furnishings and bright rooms with attention to every detail and furnished in minimalist style with designer furniture. Overall it offers a living area with kitchen and living room and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area is very bright and overlooks the pool and the garden. It offers a large living room with corner sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven. One double bedroom overlooks the garden and offers TV and walk-in closet. One large bathroom with shower. Two twin bedrooms overlook the garden. A second bathroom with shower. Laundry room with washing machine and washbasin for laundry. Air conditioning with inverter system (hot/cold) in every room.

It is located in Contrada Cerasella, in a quiet residential countryside area outside Marina di Ragusa, about 3 km from the city center and the sea. The main tourist destinations in the surroundings are the baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Scicli (18 km) and Modica (32 km).
At about 17 km there is the famous Castle of Donnafugata and at 6 km there is the Natural Reserve Foce del Fiume Irminio. Pio La Torre airport in Comiso is at 30 km from the villa.

Cancellation terms:
- The Guest can withdraw from the contract up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, by a written communication that he/she has to send to Pomelia Holiday Homes within the above-mentioned term. In this case, Pomelia Holiday Homes will refund the Guest the deposit paid, minus 60 euros (fixed costs for procedure management) within seven working days from the withdrawal’s communication. If the Guest communicates the withdrawal later than the above-mentioned term (30 days), Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the deposit of booking paid by the guest. In case of no-show of the Guest at the check-in, without any precautionary communication of withdrawal, Pomelia Holiday Homes will retain the total received deposit, with the obligation of the Guest to make the payment of the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days from the agreed arrival date. In case of impossibility due to Covid, even a few days before arrival (and therefore even after the 30-day deadline), a voucher of the same value as the deposit is issued, for the transfer of the stay in 2022 or 2023. The voucher, in fact, would be valid for any of our accommodations until 31.12.2023
