Fully restored holiday home originally built two centuries ago equipped with modern facilities while preserving original charm. Beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood beams combined with soft color palettes create an inviting and elegant atmosphere. 380 m² of interior spill over two floors. With access to the pool deck the ground floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a central island used as a breakfast bar, separate dining area and a bright living room with comfortable sofas. Sleeping area is on the upper level with four ample bedrooms drawing attention to quality wood furnishings. Specious outdoor terrace yields a pool, plenty of seating nooks for extra privacy as well as an outdoor dining area. In addition, Villa Tona-Sole features a traditional tavern - kitchen with open fire barbecue, a dining table for eight adjacent to a wine cellar, and a pretty cool pool table room. Your gracious hosts have provided a Play station and six bicycles for your use.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
The beating heart of Croatia, extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers, Istria is the most multicultural region of the country with preserved Roman ruins, medieval coastal towns, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous center of the peninsula is home to charming villages, producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world.
